using black: Do 6 sc into in magic ring then fasten off.
attach blue: Do 2 sc in each sc around ss, fasten off

F/OMOUTH:
Rnd 1: ch 7. sc in 1st ch from the hook and all the way along.
Rnd 2: ch 1, turn. sc dec, sc 2, sc dec.
Rnd 3: ch 1 turn. sc along.
Rnd 4: ch 1, turn. sc dec, sc dec.
Rnd 5: ch 1, turn. sc dec.
F/ONow just sew it all together. I hot glued a dried up markers lid closed and glued it to the Jigglypuffs hand. After all a Jigglypuff is well-known for singing people to sleep then drawing on their face.
