Syntonic Accelerates Sponsored Data Awareness and Availability by Providing Free Mobile Access to CES Content with Freeway by Syntonic®

Mobile application, Freeway by Syntonic has made its biggest move yet, allowing AT&T customers free mobile data access to the worlds biggest technology show of 2016, the CES conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, from the 6th – 9th January, 2016This is the first sponsored data access for the conference, with the service being available to over 60 million AT&T customers across the USA.

Users of the Freeway App by Syntonic will have free data usage, meaning that the data used will not count against their monthly mobile data usage costs. All eligible AT&T customers will also be granted unlimited access to new and premium content without any data charges.

It is expected, this new approach of sponsored data being paid for by branded companies on behalf of individual mobile subscribers will grow substantially worldwide in the years to come, as it is able to maximize reach, engagement and monetary opportunities.

Other companies such as Verizon and T-Mobile have already launched or about to launch their sponsored mobile data products within the United States.

AT&T subscribers can download the app from Google Play or the App Store.  It requires Android 3.0 or up and iOS 6.0 or higher.
